Cabbage salad with sour cream is a simple spring salad made with young cabbage and fresh herbs in a sour cream and mustard dressing. It comes together in 10 minutes: shred the cabbage, lightly massage it with salt, add chopped herbs and dress. I recommend serving it right away - enjoy!

Cabbage Salad with Sour Cream
A simple salad of young cabbage and herbs in a sour cream and mustard dressing.
Ingredients
Method
- Wash and dry the cabbage, then shred it into thin strips.
- Transfer the cabbage to a bowl, add a little salt and massage it with your hands until softened.
- Add the chopped herbs - green onion, dill, and parsley.

- For the dressing, mix half a cup of sour cream with 1.5 tsp of mustard. Dress the salad, toss and serve right away. Enjoy!

Tips
- Make sure to massage the shredded cabbage with salt by hand - this softens it and makes it juicier.
- Use any herbs you like: I go with green onion, dill, and parsley.
