My name is Ariadna - so glad to have you here! Come in and make yourself at home. Fata Dolce is Italian for "Sweet Fairy" - and I think that says it all.
I love to cook, experiment, taste, create and bust culinary myths. I believe in simple, accessible recipes. Pastry is my favorite territory, but you'll find more than sweets here - everything that's simply delicious.
A little about me
I trained as a marketer but never worked a day in that field. After finishing pastry school I can proudly say I'm a certified pastry chef. I do pole sport, love photography - especially food photography, taking wonder-shots with my phone. Sociable, creative, curious, a bit sporty, amazing and simply beautiful.
I'm married and raising a little son. Our household includes a Belgian Shepherd called Maki-Makaki and a cat named Milana. We have a vegetable garden - also known as the tanning and sports area. I live in the countryside and I'm very happy.
