Two-tone cottage cheese casserole with a chocolate layer is incredibly tasty and looks striking when sliced. The cottage cheese base with white chocolate bakes for 40 minutes at 150°C, then it's topped with a cocoa-sour cream layer and baked for another 20-30 minutes. Recommended!

Tips
- Let the casserole cool with the oven door open, so the top doesn't sink.
- After cooling, be sure to chill it in the fridge - this helps the layers hold their shape when sliced.
