Delicious, fragrant bread-and-cheese flatbreads. Homemade bread of your own - what could be better! Great flatbreads for soup, or just wonderful to munch on their own. I highly recommend them!

Bread-and-Cheese Flatbreads
Homemade yeasted flatbreads topped with grated cheese and herbs, baked in the oven. A great replacement for bread - with soup or on their own.
Ingredients
Method
- Add the yeast, salt, and sugar to the flour and mix. Pour in the warm water and olive oil.
- Knead the dough by hand until smooth, gather it into a ball, cover with a towel, and leave in a warm place for about an hour.
- Once the dough has risen, pinch off pieces and shape into small flatbreads.
- Brush the flatbreads with beaten egg, top with grated cheese, and sprinkle with spices and herbs.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180-200C. Let the finished flatbreads cool - or dig in right away. Bon appetit!
