Strawberry lemonade popsicles - two layers frozen one after another: first lemonade with berry pieces, then strawberry puree. No cooking involved, just molds and the freezer. Hot weather is right around the corner, so I recommend picking up some molds ahead of time and experimenting!

Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles
Two-layer homemade popsicles with lemonade and berry pieces, topped with strawberry puree. No cooking required.
Ingredients
Method
- Get your popsicle molds ready and pour in the lemonade - a bit less than half the volume.
- Dice some of the strawberries, divide them between the molds, and put them in the freezer.

- While the first layer sets, puree the remaining strawberries.
- Once the lemonade layer has set, take out the molds and spoon the strawberry puree on top - not right to the rim. Close with the lids and return to the freezer until fully frozen.

- Release the popsicles from the molds by dipping them in hot water for a couple of seconds. Enjoy!

Notes
The amount of strawberries and lemonade depends on the size of your molds. You can swap the lemonade for juice or another soda.
Tips
- The first layer: pour in a bit less than half of the mold - otherwise there won't be room for the puree.
- The puree: don't fill it right to the top - the mixture expands as it freezes and can push the lid off.
- To remove the popsicles easily, dip the mold in hot water for a couple of seconds.
- Experiment: swap the lemonade for any other soda or juice, and the strawberries for whatever berries are in season.
