Classic syrniki are a quick, budget-friendly breakfast made from cottage cheese, egg and a couple of spoons of flour, fried until golden. The batter is mixed with a spoon, the balls are rolled in flour and fried on both sides. I recommend serving them with honey or jam and a dusting of powdered sugar - enjoy!
