The black burger comes together from homemade charcoal buns, pan-fried chicken breast, tomato, lettuce, and a slice of processed cheese that melts right on the hot meat. Assembly takes about fifteen minutes if the buns are already baked. I recommend it - it looks striking, and it tastes like a great hearty sandwich.

Black Burger with Chicken
A striking burger on a black charcoal bun with pan-fried chicken breast, tomato, lettuce, and melted cheese.
Ingredients
Method
- Cut the ready-made black buns in half and spread ketchup and mustard on each half. Prepare the lettuce, slice the tomato, and unwrap the cheese slices.

- Cut the chicken breast into cutlet-sized pieces, pound them flat, season with salt and spices. Fry in a pan on both sides.

- On the bottom half of the bun, layer lettuce, tomato, the hot chicken pieces, and immediately a slice of cheese on top - it should start melting on the meat. Cover with the other half and secure the stack with a skewer.

- The burgers are ready. Enjoy!

Tips
- Put the cheese on the chicken while it's still hot, so it has time to melt.
- A skewer holds the tall stack together - without it the burger slides apart.
