Bruschetta is a traditional Italian antipasto of toasted baguette drizzled with garlic olive oil, topped with all kinds of delicious toppings. I recommend three variations at once: with tomatoes and basil, with tuna and olives, and with soft cheese and cured ham. Enjoy!

Bruschetta - Traditional Italian Appetizer
Crispy baguette with a garlic-olive oil dressing and three topping variations.
Ingredients
Method
- Slice the baguette and toast the slices on a grill pan or in the oven.
- Make a dressing from olive oil, garlic, and a little salt.
- Brush the dressing over the still-warm bread.
- Top the bruschetta to taste: first variation - tomatoes, parsley, basil, olive oil, and salt; second - canned tuna and olives; third - soft cheese and cured ham.

Tips
- Apply the garlic-olive oil dressing while the bread is still warm - it will soak in better.
- You can toast the baguette not only on a grill pan but also in the oven.
- Choose the topping to your taste: prosciutto, vegetables, fish, soft cheeses, and herbs.
