Krantz cake with apple jam is a braided yeast bun where a jam-filled roll is sliced lengthwise and plaited, revealing a beautiful cross-section of the filling. It bakes for 20-25 minutes at 180-200°C, and while still hot it's brushed with jam for a glossy finish. A wonderfully fragrant pastry - recommended, enjoy!
