Baked GOST-style omelet is that same tender omelet from Soviet kindergartens: per serving you take 80 g of eggs, 30 ml of milk, and a gram of salt. No flour, no frying - just a dish greased with butter and 20-25 minutes in the oven at 180-200°C. I recommend it as a filling breakfast that's not the least bit greasy.

Baked GOST-Style Omelet
A tender baked omelet made to the classic GOST recipe: eggs, milk and salt, baked in a buttered dish.
Ingredients
Method
- Turn on the oven and preheat it to 180-200°C. Put the eggs, milk, and salt in a bowl.

- Stir with a whisk until smooth. Grease a baking dish (the author uses a ceramic one) with butter and pour in the egg mixture.

- Bake the omelet for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!

Tips
- The amounts given are for one serving: for a family of three, simply double or triple the quantities.
- Just stir the mixture with a whisk, don't beat it - this keeps the omelet tender and stops it from deflating.
