Zucchini chips are a healthy homemade alternative to store-bought snacks: thin zucchini rounds with salt, spices and oil, dried in the oven at 60-80 °C for just an hour. They come out perfectly crispy, and kids will love them too. I highly recommend them.

Zucchini Chips
Crispy homemade chips made from thinly sliced zucchini, dried in the oven with spices and oil.
Ingredients
Method
- Slice the zucchini into very thin rounds.
- Line a baking sheet or rack with parchment, sprinkle with spices and salt, and drizzle with vegetable oil.
- Arrange the zucchini rounds, sprinkle with salt again on top and drizzle with oil.
- Dry in the oven at 60-80 °C for one hour.

- Let the finished chips cool and serve.

Tips
- Slice the zucchini as thin as possible - the thinner the round, the crispier the chip.
- You can dry them on a rack or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Choose spices to taste: paprika, garlic, herbes de Provence.
