A very tasty yogurt-based cookie - one of my favorites. Light, soft, and studded with chocolate chips: I'm sure it won't leave anyone indifferent. A great, budget-friendly option for a snack or a festive table. I highly recommend it!

Yogurt Cookies with Chocolate Chips
Light, soft cookies made with drinking yogurt and chocolate chips - a simple, budget-friendly option for a snack or a festive table.
Ingredients
Method
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl and mix.
- Pour in the yogurt and crack in the egg. Knead the dough by hand - well but quickly.
- Add the vegetable oil and the chocolate chopped into crumbs to the dough. Knead quickly again. The dough is sticky, but you can still work with it.
- Gather the dough and put it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to rest.
- Pinch off pieces of dough, roll into balls, press them slightly with your fingers, and place on a floured baking sheet.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for 15-20 minutes, until golden. Let the finished cookies cool - and they're ready to eat. Bon appetit!

Notes
These cookies keep well - feel free to bake a double batch.
Tips
- The dough is sticky - that's normal, you can still work with it. Don't add extra flour, just let it rest in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
- These cookies keep well, so feel free to bake a double or even triple batch.
- Instead of chocolate chips, regular chocolate chopped into crumbs with a knife works fine too.
