Simple shortbread cookies with white chocolate and confetti sprinkles - fun and appetizing. The dough comes together in minutes, and fun cookie cutters turn the bake into a little celebration. I recommend making these, you'll love them!

White Chocolate and Confetti Cookies
Shortbread cutout cookies decorated with melted white chocolate and bright confetti sprinkles. Simple dough and a cheerful result.
Ingredients
Method
- In a bowl, whisk the butter, sugar, vanillin and egg until smooth.
- Add the sifted flour and quickly knead a pliable dough by hand. Shape into a ball and chill in the fridge for an hour.
- Roll out the chilled dough thin and cut out cookies with any cutters you like - I used stars.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180-200 C, until golden.
- Decorate the cookies with melted white chocolate and sprinkles. That's it - bon appetit!

Notes
Knead the dough quickly so the butter doesn't melt - that way the cookies turn out truly shortbread-like.
