Soft and fluffy peanut butter muffins with chocolate chunks - a simple milk-based batter and about 25 minutes in the oven. Peanut butter gives them a rich nutty flavor, and they simply fly off the plate. I recommend making these for tea time!

Peanut Butter Muffins
Soft and fluffy muffins with peanut butter and chocolate chunks. A simple milk-based batter - and homemade tea-time baking is ready.
Ingredients
Method
- In a bowl, combine the sugar, peanut butter and butter. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each one.
- Add the flour sifted with the baking powder and knead into a smooth batter.
- Pour in the milk and whisk well again - you can also use a mixer at any stage.
- Chop the chocolate into chunks, add to the batter and mix.
- Divide the batter among greased muffin tins. Paper liners and silicone molds don't need greasing.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 20-25 minutes, until a skewer comes out dry. Let cool - and enjoy. Bon appetit!

Notes
Check for doneness with a wooden skewer or toothpick: it should come out dry from the center of the muffin.
