Oven-baked pork roast is juicy holiday-worthy meat, baked in foil with garlic and mustard. Just four ingredients and minimal effort: the meat is studded with garlic, coated with mustard, and roasted for 1.5-2 hours at 200°C. I recommend making it the day before and serving it cold, sliced thin - enjoy!

Oven-Baked Pork Roast
Juicy pork roast studded with garlic, coated in mustard, and baked in foil - holiday-worthy meat for a cold slicing platter.
Ingredients
Method
- Thaw the meat completely, place it on a cutting board, and rub it with salt on all sides. Cut slits on top with a knife and tuck a garlic clove into each one.

- Coat the meat generously with mustard on all sides, wrap tightly in foil, and roast in an oven preheated to 200°C for 1.5-2 hours.

- Leave the meat in the oven until it cools completely, then move it to the fridge. Slice thin before serving.

Tips
- If the meat is frozen, thaw it completely ahead of time.
- Wrap the foil tightly so the juices stay inside and the meat comes out tender.
- Let the meat cool right in the oven, then move it to the fridge - it slices more neatly that way.
