A hearty bread spread of boiled vegetables, eggs and canned sardines - the "Mimosa" salad turned into a paste.
Ingredients
Method
- Wash and boil the vegetables and eggs, then cool and peel them.
- Grate the potatoes, carrots and eggs and combine in a bowl.
- Add the sardines and finely chopped onion, season with salt and dress with mayonnaise.

- Transfer the spread to a container and refrigerate until serving - or dig in right away. Enjoy!

Notes
Prep time includes boiling the vegetables and eggs.
Tips
- Mayonnaise can be swapped for any sauce you like.
- The spread stores well in a container in the fridge until the party.
- Chop the onion as finely as possible so the spread comes out smooth.
