Cottage cheese waffles are fragrant waffles made from a thick cottage cheese batter with melted butter, soft inside and crispy outside. The batter comes together in five minutes, and the waffles bake in an ordinary waffle iron. I recommend giving these a try - you'll love them. Enjoy!
