Baked Accordion Potatoes
An original side dish: potatoes sliced thin like an accordion, baked in foil and finished with garlic and vegetable oil.
Ingredients
Method
- Wash the potatoes well, pat dry and slice them thinly like an accordion, without cutting all the way through.
- Season with salt and spices, wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 200 °C (390 °F).
- Remove the potatoes, unwrap the foil, brush with vegetable oil and tuck the garlic rounds into the slits. Return to the hot oven for another 10 minutes to finish cooking.

- Once the time is up, take them out - ready to eat. Enjoy!
