Delicious, thin, lacy crepes made with sweetened condensed milk - an interesting variation on the batter. This is how I make them, and I really love it. I recommend giving it a try!

Condensed Milk Crepes
Thin, lacy crepes made with water and sweetened condensed milk - an interesting variation on crepe batter made from just a few ingredients.
Ingredients
Method
- Whip the eggs with the salt into a fluffy foam. Add the water and sweetened condensed milk, and mix.
- Sift in the flour and whisk the batter smooth so there are no lumps. Add the vegetable oil - the batter is ready.
- Grease the skillet with oil for the first crepe and heat it up. Fry the crepes on both sides.
- Fill and top as you like - or simply enjoy them hot off the pan. Bon appetit!

Tips
- You may need a bit more flour: one cup seemed a little short for me, so I added 2 more tbsp.
- Grease the skillet with oil only before the first crepe - the batter already contains oil.
