Ingredients
Method
- Crush the cookies into crumbs, add the condensed milk and mix.
- Divide the mixture among paper liners and press down. Top with a couple of canned cherries each.
- Mix all the cottage cheese batter ingredients except the syrup and beat with a mixer. Divide the batter among the liners.
- Drop cherry syrup on top randomly and swirl with a skewer.

- Bake in an oven preheated to 160-170°C for 25-30 minutes.

- Let the bakes cool, and ideally chill them in the fridge for a couple of hours. Enjoy!

Tips
- A wooden skewer or toothpick is handy for swirling: just drag it through the drops of syrup.
- The cottage cheese bakes taste best after a couple of hours in the fridge, but you can eat them right away too.
