Summer tomato and sweet pepper salad is minimal effort, maximum flavor: the vegetables are cut any way you like and dressed with lemon juice, oil, salt and a pinch of sugar. I recommend making it often while it's in season.

Summer Tomato and Sweet Pepper Salad
A juicy seasonal salad of tomatoes, sweet pepper and red onion with a lemon-oil dressing and sesame seeds.
Ingredients
Method
- Wash the vegetables and cut them any way you like: tomatoes into slices, pepper into rings, onion into rings.
- Put everything in a bowl, add salt, a pinch of sugar or honey, pour in the lemon juice and oil, and mix.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and flavor with basil and parsley.

Tips
- You can use honey instead of sugar in the dressing.
- Either white pepper or regular bell pepper works well.
- Basil and parsley give the salad its aroma - don't skip them.
