Orange chicken is a whole chicken marinated in orange juice with honey, garlic, and spices, then roasted in the oven for an hour at 180 °C. Orange segments are tucked inside the bird, which makes the meat especially juicy and fragrant. I strongly recommend it for a festive table. Enjoy!
