The legendary chicken Kyiv, my version: chicken breast filled with butter and chopped herbs, coated in a crispy double breading. Honestly, it turns out really good and very tasty. I recommend it: make it once and you won't regret it!

Chicken Kyiv
Classic chicken Kyiv cutlets: chicken breast filled with herbed butter, coated in a double breading, pan-fried and finished in the oven.
Ingredients
Method
- Cut the chilled chicken breasts into 4 pieces each and pound on both sides.
- Coat pieces of butter in chopped herbs. Place a piece of butter in the center along the edge of each piece of chicken. Salt the chicken and roll it up.
- Put the rolled-up cutlets in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare three plates: one with flour, one with breadcrumbs, and one with beaten egg mixed with salt and spices.
- Remove the cutlets and coat them: flour, egg, breadcrumbs - repeating each cutlet twice.
- Pour vegetable oil into a deep skillet to a depth of at least 1 cm, heat it and fry the cutlets on all sides.
- Transfer the fried cutlets to a baking sheet and put them in an oven preheated to 190°C for another 20 minutes. Enjoy!

Notes
Best eaten piping hot, before the butter inside sets - when cut, it should run out.
