Method
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and a pinch of salt until pale.
- Pour in the milk and mix. Sift the flour into the mixture, add a pinch of baking soda and the cocoa. Whisk well until smooth.
- Pour in a cup of boiling water, mix, then add the vegetable oil. The batter is ready.
- Fry the crepes as usual, on both sides; grease the pan with oil for the first one. Enjoy!
