Very tasty, fluffy and quick pancakes made with dry yeast and milk - just like the ones from childhood. And with a bit of honey or jam on top, they're absolutely finger-licking good!

Fluffy Yeasted Pancakes
Fluffy pancakes made with dry yeast and milk, just like childhood. The batter rises for only 20-30 minutes, and the result is finger-licking good.
Ingredients
Method
- Put all the dry ingredients in a deep bowl and mix.
- Pour in the warm milk and stir.
- Leave the batter in the bowl on the counter for about 20-30 minutes.
- Spoon the batter onto a preheated skillet with vegetable oil and fry the pancakes on both sides.
- Drizzle the pancakes with jam or honey and dig in. Bon appetit!

Notes
The milk needs to be warm so the yeast activates and the pancakes turn out nice and fluffy.
