Ingredients
Method
- Whip the egg with the sugar and honey using a mixer until pale and fluffy.

- Add the food coloring and whip again.

- Turn off the mixer, sift in the flour and baking powder, and fold in with a spatula.

- Divide the batter among the cups, filling no more than halfway, ideally less.

- Microwave for 2 minutes at 800 W, then 1 minute at 1000 W.

- Remove the sponges, turn them out, and let cool.

- Cut the cup open with scissors to release the sponge and use it for decoration. Wishing you all creativity and inspiration!

Tips
- Fill the cups no more than halfway, or even less - the batter rises a lot.
- Use only food-grade disposable cups marked PP that are microwave-safe.
