Ingredients
Method
- Prepare the filling: mix the ground pork with onion, salt, pepper and egg.
- Spread the filling thinly on a wafer sheet and cover with a second sheet, pressing down.
- Cut the assembled piece into triangles - one round sheet yields 8 pieces. Repeat with all the sheets.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and ground pepper into a fluffy foam. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil.
- Quickly dip each triangle in the egg on both sides and fry in the hot skillet on both sides until golden.
- Arrange the finished bites on a platter and serve. Enjoy!

Notes
Any filling you like can be used instead of pork.
Tips
- Spread the filling thinly, otherwise it won't cook through in time.
- One round wafer sheet conveniently yields 8 triangles.
- Dip the pieces in the egg quickly - the wafer softens instantly.
