Cheese pizza is a thin homemade pizza on yeast dough with tomato sauce and 300 grams of grated hard cheese, baked in 15-20 minutes at 200-220 °C. The dough rises in just 40 minutes and rolls out very thin. A family favorite - I highly recommend it. Enjoy!
