Lavash snail pie with cheese and spinach has a filling of brynza, hard cheese, spinach and parsley rolled up in strips of lavash and coiled into a spiral in a 16 cm pan. Half an hour in the oven at 170°C and an incredibly tasty pie is ready. Recommended.

Lavash Snail Pie with Cheese and Spinach
A spiral lavash pie filled with brynza, hard cheese and spinach, baked in a 16 cm pan under a coat of sesame seeds.
Ingredients
Method
- Unroll the lavash and cut it into 3 pieces. Melt the butter and brush it over the lavash.
- Grate the brynza and hard cheese, add chopped spinach and chopped parsley, mix and spread the filling over the lavash.

- Roll each piece of lavash into a tube.

- Line a 16 cm pan with parchment and, starting from the center, coil the tubes around in a circle, shaping the pie.
- Brush the pie with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for 30 minutes. Let the finished pie cool slightly.

Tips
- Brush the lavash with melted butter - this way it won't dry out in the oven.
- Be sure to line the pan with parchment: the pie will come out whole with no trouble.
- Let the finished pie cool slightly before slicing.
