Fragrant berry tea is simply black loose-leaf tea brewed together with raspberries, blackberries and wild strawberries: five minutes of steeping and your mug is full of vitamins and summer aroma. Fresh berries are great, but frozen ones work just as well. I recommend this as an easy way to change up your usual tea time - enjoy!

Fragrant Berry Tea
Black tea brewed with raspberries, blackberries and wild strawberries - vitamins and aroma in an ordinary mug.
Ingredients
Method
- Load the loose tea into an infuser.
- Put the berries in a mug, add the infuser and pour over boiling water.

- Let the tea steep for about five minutes, add sugar if you like. Enjoy!

Tips
- Berries: fresh ones are more fragrant, but frozen berries straight from the freezer work just as well - no need to thaw.
- Brewing: it's handy to keep the tea in an infuser - that way the berries stay in the mug and the loose leaves don't get in the way.
