Citrus Ginger Tea
A warming homemade tea with mandarin, lemon, ginger, and mint, made for one 330 ml cup.
Ingredients
Method
- Boil the water. Place the mandarin and lemon slices, mint leaves, and ginger pieces in a teapot or mug.

- Pour in the boiling water and let steep for 5-7 minutes. If using sugar, add it right away and press the mandarin slices with a spoon to release their juice.

- If you prefer honey, wait until the tea cools to 50-60°C, add the honey, and press the citrus again. Stay healthy!
Notes
Add honey only once the tea has cooled to 50-60°C.
Tips
- If adding honey, wait until the tea cools to 50-60°C: honey loses its benefits in boiling water.
- Press the mandarin slices with a teaspoon - they'll release their juice and the tea will taste richer.
