• 4 tbsp flour
• 4 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp milk
• 1 tbsp butter melted
• 30 g chocolate broken into pieces

Method

 

1. Whisk the egg with the sugar and salt.
2. Add the milk and melted butter, and mix.
3. Add the flour and cocoa, stir in the pieces of chocolate and mix - the batter is ready.
4. Grease mugs with vegetable oil and pour in the batter.
5. Put the mugs in the microwave for 3 minutes - and that's it. Enjoy!
