Ingredients

  • 250 ml pineapple yogurt with fruit pieces
  • 12 g gelatin
  • 70 ml water cold
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 sachet kiwi jelly
  • 1 sachet lemon jelly
  • fresh strawberries to taste

Method

  1. Sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it stand for about 5 minutes to bloom. Then warm it over heat until fully dissolved.
  2. Stir the sugar into the yogurt. Pour in the melted gelatin and mix well. Pour the first layer into bowls and let it set.
  3. Prepare the kiwi jelly as directed on the package, but use half the boiling water (for example, 200 ml instead of 400 ml). Cool slightly and pour it in as the second layer, setting the bowls at an angle. Let it set.
  4. Slice the strawberries and arrange them over the set layer - amount to taste.
  5. Prepare the lemon jelly the same way as the kiwi jelly, cool slightly, and pour it as the third layer over the strawberries.
  6. Chill the dessert until fully set. Enjoy!

Notes

Pour each layer only over a fully set previous one - this keeps the layers clean and distinct.

Tips

  • Packet jelly should be mixed with half the boiling water stated on the package (for example, 200 ml instead of 400 ml) - the layers will be firmer and hold their shape better.
  • Tilted layers: for a pretty "slanted" layer, set the bowls at an angle while the jelly sets.
  • Pour each next layer only over a fully set previous one, slightly cooled first - that way the layers won't blend together.
