Ingredients
Method
- Sift and mix the flour, salt, yeast, and paprika in a deep bowl.
- Pour in the warm water and knead the dough. Shape it into a ball and set it in a warm place for an hour to rise.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured counter and roll it into a sheet 0.5 cm thick.
- Scatter the sesame seeds over the sheet, then cut it into strips about 1 cm wide with a knife.

- Transfer the strips to a floured baking sheet, twist them slightly if you like, and let them rest for another 20 minutes in a warm place.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 200 °C for 10-15 minutes. Let the finished breadsticks cool - and they're ready to eat. Bon appetit!

Notes
Breadsticks taste best on the day they're baked. To bring back the crunch the next day, warm them in the oven for a couple of minutes.
