Method
- Take the ice cream out ahead of time and let it melt right in the cup - you should end up with nearly a full cup.
- Whisk the egg with the sugar, add the melted ice cream and mix well.
- Add the flour and mix to the consistency of thick sour cream. If it's too runny, add a bit more flour.
- Stir in the baking powder and mix once more.
- Transfer the batter to a piping bag and fill the molds a third full. Drop one chocolate chip into the center of each and cover with batter.
- Bake in a preheated 160-180 °C oven for 18-20 minutes. Remove and let cool. Enjoy!

Notes
A great way to use up leftover ice cream: it replaces both the milk and the fat in the batter.
