Ingredients
Method
Dough
- Sift the flour into a bowl, add the salt and sugar. In another container, dissolve the yeast in the warm milk.
- Pour the milk with yeast into the dry mixture, add the egg and olive oil. Knead the dough and leave in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.

Three colors of dough
- Divide the risen dough into 3 parts: two equal larger pieces and one smaller one. Mix cocoa into the smallest piece to make chocolate dough. Leave one large piece white, and add green food coloring to the other, kneading it in.
- Divide the colored dough into pieces: white into 3 (one small piece and two larger equal ones), green into 2 (one larger and one smaller), chocolate into 4 (two larger and two smaller).

Shaping and baking
- Roll out one large piece of white dough into a sheet. Roll the two smaller chocolate pieces into ropes for the eyes and lay them on top. Roll the small white piece into a rope too, flatten it slightly, and place it between the chocolate ropes.

- Roll out the last large piece of white dough into a sheet and cover the assembly with it.

- Shape the remaining two chocolate pieces into triangular-section strips and lay them over the white sheet. Roll the smaller green piece into a strip, flatten, and place it between the chocolate triangles.

- Roll out the larger green piece into a sheet and cover the whole assembly with it. Transfer the bread to an oiled baking pan and let it proof for another 30 minutes.

- Bake in an oven preheated to 180-200°C for 25-30 minutes.
- Let the finished bread cool completely and cut into slices. Enjoy!

Notes
My bread baked in 25 minutes. Go by your own oven and the golden color of the top crust.
