Ingredients
Method
- Put the tea leaves into the teapot, pour over a little hot (not boiling) water and drain it right away - always rinse the first steep.

- Pour hot (not boiling) water over the tea and let it steep for 5-7 minutes.

- You'll see fermentation on the leaves: crimson patches and edges are a sign of a proper oolong.

- Put sugar, lemon, mint and blueberries into a serving cup.

- Pour in the steeped oolong, stir to dissolve the sugar, and serve.

Notes
Oolongs are steeped at 60-80 °C. The same tea can be steeped many times - each time it reveals itself differently.
