Ingredients
Method
- Pour 30 ml of boiling water over the flaxseeds and set aside.
- In the mixing bowl, dissolve the dry yeast in 200 ml of warm water, add the salt, sugar and 2 tbsp of flour, mix and leave for 15 minutes for the starter to rise.
- Add the vegetable oil and the flaxseeds to the active starter, sift in 300 g of flour and knead the dough by hand, adding more flour gradually if needed.

- Shape the dough into a ball and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.
- Punch down the risen dough, divide into 100 g pieces, shape into balls and place on a baking sheet. Leave for 15-20 minutes.

- Brush the buns with oil or beaten egg and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
- Let the finished buns cool. Enjoy!
