For the cream, pour the milk into a saucepan and set over heat. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, flour, sugar and vanillin until smooth.
Whisk the mixture into the milk and, stirring constantly, bring the cream to a boil until thickened.
Remove from heat, transfer to another container, add the butter and let it cool.
For the batter, combine both types of flour with the eggs, sugar, vanillin and salt in a bowl, whisk until smooth, then add the milk and vegetable oil.
Fry the crepes on both sides, greasing the pan with oil before each one. This amount of batter makes about 12 crepes.
Toast the almond flakes in a dry pan until golden.
Spread cream on a crepe, sprinkle with almond flakes and roll into a tube. Repeat with all the crepes.
If desired, decorate the crepes with drizzled melted white chocolate and almond flakes.
